lost everthing on app and in home

Just recently discovered that my app does not recognize my system.   For awhile I lost the whole system including Alexa in my house. My app shows nothing  or products I have.  I played with it some and I recovered my arc and  the 300’s but no sub.   I have internet connection. 
 

did the app crashed?   I tried to install but says the app says it’s an error.  I deleted the app and reinstalled

For reference, all of your settings are stored on each Sonos device, so you haven’t lost everything, it’s just that the App can’t connect.
