Hello,

 

I have:

2x Era 100

1x Sub Mini

1x Ray

and two input

Apple TV (BT) and Sonos Line-in adapter for a gramophone

 

If I have a group Ray + 2x Era + Sub mini then the Line-in adapter  is not active

 

If I have a group 2x Era + Sub mini then the Line-in adapter is ok, but he doesn't play Ray, because he is not in that group.

 

For AppleTV, the output works in two groups and Apple TV works ok. Is there any way to have sound on Ray, when inputting from Line-in adapter? If I replace Ray with Beam, will it work? Thx

In the Sonos lingo both your surround set up and the stereo set up are “rooms”, not groups. Rooms are either stand alone speakers or a fixed stereo- or surround set of speakers. However, rooms can be grouped….. See https://support.sonos.com/article/group-and-ungroup-rooms So you could either group birth rooms and have them play from the line in, or choose “Line in” as a source on the Ray-room.
