lg oled c2 + arc

Hi

 

Got an sonos arc connected to an lg oled c2 83” and sound works fine.

But when trying to set it Up with the app it fails and disconnects. Its when i get to the tv installation part it wants to Connect to earc hdmi port and it goes ”testing” and then the tv speakers gets changed to internal speakers and the soundbar reconnects or something because ”hdmi2 is avalible” pops Up on the tv the like i just connected the soundbar. and after that the app says ”not connected to arc!” 
 

 

Ive tired turning off simplelink and on

 

diffrent hdmi Cables tried 

both sonos and tv uppdated to newest firmware

Try this:

Disconnect everything from the TV and unplug the Arc and TV from power for a couple of minutes. Plug everything back in but keep everything disconnected. Make sure Simplink is enabled in the TV settings. Run TV Setup in the Sonos app and follow the app instructions. When the app instructs you, connect the Arc to the TV’s HDMI ARC/eARC port (HDMI 2) using the Sonos-supplied HDMI cable. After the Arc has been successfully connected, connect your other devices to the TV.

Do you have a virgin tv box by any chance?
