I have an older Sonos Play bar and two S1 satellites connected. They have worked wonderfully until yesterday.  I got an update the app notification. And sadly I did it. Now, the app no longer connects to my Sonos equipment. Instead it connects to my TV’s SPDIF. When I go into the LG TV’s setup, it says Sound Disabled. It does not allow me to reconnect. The result is my system is unusable. It was fine until yesterday. The app update killed everything. The support phone number is an 85 minute wait, there are no chat agents available, and the chatbot is laughable. Asked me the same question five times in a row. I have a feeling I need the older app but don’t know how to go back.
