Inconsistent Sonos Arc Performance - Anyone else?

The Sonos ARC performed great until the update. The problems I listed below are occurring on a consistent basis and I am mostly using it for streaming music. 

  1. The unit now loses volume and has to be unplugged and plugged back in to regain the volume. 2-3 times a day this occurs. 
  2. The app always says “something went wrong” when switching music services. 97% of the time this happens. 
  3. The app will not play the first song on most playlists. This is latest issue and is occurring 50% of the time.
