My settings 

1. TV - C3 LG TV

2. pass-through has been turned on.

3. eARC enable. 
 

4. “Dolby digital plus” has been selected from DTV Audio settings. 
 

I can not play the Netflix’s Dolby atmos contents. Always displaying as “Dolby Multichannel PCM 2.0” even though I have selected the pass-through in my digital sound output. And I can not see the audio in: in my Sonos app >  about my system page while the sound in playing in ARC ultra. Could you please somebody help me here. 

 

What Netflix subscription do you have and can you confirm that you aren’t using the Sky Netflix App as this doesn't support Dolby Atmos?
