How to connect my Arc to my Amp/Sub/ceiling speaker set up

I am able to connect my Amp/Sub/4 ceiling speakers to my TV, but when I try to connect my Arc, I am being prompted to use the Arc or the other set up.  I would like all the speakers to work in tandem when watching TV.  Can someone please let me know what I am doing incorrectly?

thanks!

The Arc needs to be your primary speaker that connects to the TV’s HDMI ARC port. The Sub and Amp will both connect wirelessly with the Arc. The Amp/in-ceiling speakers will now act as surround speakers, so the Amp needs to be disconnected from the TV.

In the Sonos app, remove the Sub from the Amp. Then disconnect the Amp from the TV. Run TV Setup under the Arc’s settings and follow the instructions. It should allow you to add the Sub and Amp to the Arc. If not, add these manually after the Arc has been successfully set up with the TV.
