How do I get a diagnostics submission looked at please?

Haven’t had to do this for such a long time that I’ve forgotten the procedure!

Issue is “crackly audio via Airplay to Playbase”

Sonos Diagnostics Report Ref is **********

Long wait (est 65 minutes) for phone support & chat support not available in the UK.
