how are Sonos getting away with this.

After spending many hundreds of pounds on this system , only to find that even the basic functionality of my system doesn't work, I am forced to question how Sonos is getting away with it. No offers of recompense, no fixes, no resolve. 

Just excuse after excuse. 

What's going on Sonos?

Stop sending automatic replies every time someone complain,  and stand up and take responsibility.

Also, did you install the latest firmware last week and the latest app yesterday?
