Hi I have recently upgraded from 2 splay 1s to 2xera 300 I also have a beam and sub I am struggling to set up surround sound the app is stating I don’t have a similar pair any suggestions?

You should be able to use either the two Play 1s or the Era-300s as surrounds.
Did you set them up as stereo pairs? Try undoing that.
The support FAQ has a nice section on setting up surrounds if you need it.

I cannot add my Era300’s and helpdesk is unable to assist.
First remove the sub, then add the era 300’s as surround, afterwards you add the sub again.
