Help!! Stuck with stereo 2.0

I have a sonos Arc, sub abs 2 sonos one speakers.

I have just bought a new LG 77” model.

I have the earc hdmi cable.

I am only getting stereo 2.0 and I am pulling my hair out.

Tried sonos chat but that did not help.

it says Dolby vision on Netflix and Disney.

Have you set the TV’s digital sound out to either ‘Auto’ or ‘Pass-Through’ on HDMI-2 and are you sure that you’re playing DD surround sound audio from (presumably) the TV’s built-in Apps.
