Google assistant has never worked properly with my Sono speakers connected to my TCL TV.

 

I can use google assistant, but the assistant does not change the sonos device volume or play settings when asked. 

 

Please fix your sonos system so it can receive feedback from the user in Canada.

Thanks for your post!

It absolutely should - please try removing Google Assistant from the device, then add it back on again.

Settings » Services & Voice » Google Assistant » [room name] » Remove.

Settings » Services & Voice » Add a Service under Voice » Google Assistant » Add to Sonos.

If this does not help, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team, who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
