Hi @matthewszay3, welcome to the Sonos Community!

A flashing orange and white LED can mean one of three statuses, either:

  1. The device is updating
  2. The device is in the process of a Factory Reset
  3. The device is experiencing a fault condition.

Since you’re attempting to reset, then it’s likely attempting the reset or a fault has occurred. I don’t know exactly how long the reset process should take as it may depend on the device itself. If you’ve left it for five minutes as @AjTrek1 suggested and the LED still hasn’t turned flashing green then I would recommend getting in touch with our support team who have the necessary tools to help you troubleshoot your Beam.

I hope this helps!
