I have an Arc and want to add two Era 300s as surrounds for a home theater set up; however, my couch is up against the wall of our living room. I can move the couch up maybe 6 or so inches. I can use stands or wall mounts for the 300s but I’m not sure if it makes sense. Can I position the 300s in a way that works or will they be too close to the listening area no matter what I do

So, from what you uploaded, it looks like your living room space is very limited. Even by moving the couch forward and place the Sonos Era 300’s on stands behind it, they might be too close to the sitting area which would affect your listening experience.
