I just bought 2 Era 100’s and a new Samsung tv. I was able to connect the playbar and sub (Gen2) using the Xfinity15 remote but have not been able to include the Era 100’s for surround sound. Can you help?

Unfortunately, the Era 100s cannot be paired with the Playbar, but can be paired with the Arc and Beam as surrounds.
Have a look at this post:
If you can return them and get a pair of Ones instead, they will work as surrounds.
Alternately, you can get the Arc while its on sale and keep the 100s as surrounds. I replaced my Playbar with the Arc last Christmas and was pleasantly surprised how much it added to my TV viewing experience.
