EQ settings not saving, Sonos App (Sonos Arc)

Hi there, I got sonos arc one week ago and I have issues with my EQ settings.

I realize that every time I turn on/off the tv my sound settings change. Looking at the app my EQ bass/treble  are set to 0. I have set it multiple times but they keep moving back to 0 (loudness and other settings are ok)

 

is that normal?

No, this isn’t normal. The EQ settings should not reset. Have you tried deleting the Sonos app and reinstalling it?

Tested this days and after delete/re install appthe EQ settings are being saved normally.

I have the same issues on my 2 Roams. Every time I power off or de-group  EQ goes back to 0
