Hi,

We’ve setup a Samsung Frame 2020 TV and connected eARC with the Sonos ARC. Worked fine till the latest Sonos Update. When starting up TV, the ARC outputs sound, then 2 seconds nothing, then 1 sec sound, then nothing ,… etc. This is quite annoying for a 3K setup… it has nothing to do with cables, only solution which works so far is turning off electricity for 10 seconds… i can still return the ARC to the store but rather have a solution or fix instead.
