If you have a newer Blu-Ray player, then it should have the option to select audio formats or change the audio format output. Make sure it’s set up to only use the Sonos supported audio formats or convert to these audio formats, then set the LG TV to passthrough. The Sonos Arc will play what it has been given and doesn’t perform any conversions: if it’s playing PCM Stereo 2.0, that’s what it received. Please note that while we support DTS, we don’t support DTS:X or DTS-HD Master.
