Hi guys.

My setup is:

Hisense e7kq

apple tv 4k 

Sonos beam 2 +sub mini.

my problem is when I play Dolby atmos content there is a huge delay. First the delay is between when I play the movie and the actual sound is playing and then there’s a sync issues.

is there any fix to this?

But no delay when playing Dolby Digital content? Only Atmos? 

I’m suspecting an issue in the TV set’s processing of the received signal, and passing it on to the Sonos. I’d certainly check to ensure the TV is running the latest firmware, and reboot everything (Apple TV, HiSense, and Beam) by unplugging each from the wall for at least two minutes. If indeed Dolby Digital content is playing properly. I’d reach out to HiSense’s CS.
