I have an ARC soundbar and a pair of ERA 100 speakers for surround. I can change volume of all three as a unit with my Mobile APP, but when I change volume with the TV remote only the ARC is changed. Can this be fixed?

That’s odd, as I have a similar setup and the TV remote changes the volume of all the speakers in the bonded room🤔? Have you perhaps grouped the speakers, rather than bonding them as surrounds?
