My sub will not add to arc room

Are there any updates available for the app or speaker firmware?
Recent app update added compatibility for Sub 4 so if you haven’t updated for a while that’s a possible explanation.
In addition to that excellent suggestion, I would also try removing the surrounds, setting up the Sub, and then adding the surrounds back, and see if that works. If not, I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Have tried removal and reinstall, update next is the phone call! Thanks for help Ed
