Hi, this morning I find my Beam gen2 flashing white light on top of the soundbar, after unplugging it and turning it back on it still not working I decided to try a factory reset. Unfortunately nothing changes when I hold the infinity button and re plugged the beam.
I submit a diagnosis * and now I’m waiting for Monday to call the customer service.
Any suggestion?
