Yes, here’s the required adapter…

Plug the adapter optical port into the TV and use an HDMI cable to link the adapter to the Sonos Amp.

Edit: Sorry I perhaps may have mis-read your post - you ‘might’ also need to add an optical female to female adapter into the mix too, depending on your current setup (just place the Sonos adapter at the ‘other’ end of the embedded optical cable & linked to your Sonos Amp)… see this link too:

thanks but it is impossible for me to use an hdmi cable because an optical cable already leaves from my television and runs in the wall via a sheath to the sonos amp (before it was a standard amplifier) i which is far from the television...

ok I think I understood, I plug the optical cable into the female adapter, the female adapter into the sonos adapter and a small male male hdmi cable will go from the sonos adapter to the sonos amp.

Exactly ?

No, you likely don’t need a small HDMI cable (depends on your setup) … My thoughts are plug the Sonos Adapter (HDMI end) direct into your Sonos Amp - then connect the female/female converter to the other end of the Sonos Adapter - then simply run your embedded optical cable from that, to your TV.
