This issue started earlier this year and seems to happen sporadically while playing games on the PS5. While playing games, my Sonos Arc will start making a choppy, helicopter like noise that’ll last for a minute or two, and then stop. This only happens while using my PS5, but didn’t occur when I first bought the soundbar. It’ll happen at random as well. I’ve changed the HDMI cables and are using new ones, unplugged and then plugged them back in, but the problem continues. Has anyone else had this issue? And any idea on what the problem could be and how to resolve it?
