I currently have the 5.1 setup with a playbase and am having issues with audio from my Play 1s. The audio skips every few seconds or so for everything (spotify, video games, regular TV, streaming).I have an ethernet cable plugged into the base and have the others connected via wifi. I have read through a few posts about remedying my issue but none have worked. I tried:

Hard reset all speakers

Unplug speakers and router then reconnect

Unplugging eternity cable and restarting router then reconnecting ethernet

Is there is anything else I can try?

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
