changed ISPs, re-connected soundbar, now no tv audio and app can’t contact update server

So .. reading the threads .. appalling situation from Sonos.

sonos soundbar + satellite Ones have been working just fine for years.

I moved house and changed the wifi network name. Reconnected the soundbar to the new wifi.

App cannot see the update server so can’t complete the soundbar install.

soundbar will not play tv audio.

no settings on tv have changed.

half the time the sonos s2 app doesn’t see the sonos devices.

this is rubbish.

 

any help please?
