Question

cant sign in to the app or connect to my speakers


I have had to reset my arc and wifi sub as we changed internet service providers and my devices could no longer interact with the system. I could only reset the speakers and add them to my new system on the new network. Now I have 2 systems with each the speaker and the sub on their own system. And now when I try to connect to either of them, the app states I need to login as the system owner, however either myself or my wife have never had another Sonos account. 
 

what can I do??

I think at this point, your only option is to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

Exactly the same issue. New internet provider, needed to reset the speaker and I’m locked in a loop. Did you get anywhere with it?

Not yet, it fell off the priority list and I haven’t contacted support yet. 
if you do contact Sonos support first, please let me know how you went?
