Cannot unmute TV

Since the last patch, I have been unable to unmute my sonos arc using the controller. 

 

I have to change the audio settings back and forth, or manually hit unmute on the sonos device. 

 

Please fix this.

Hi @raysong 

The Arc muting when your TV is off is not something it’s doing on it’s own - it’s being told to do so by the TV via HDMI-CEC commands. When things go wrong, it can be an issue with the CEC network the TV creates between the HDMI-connected devices. It should be easy enough to resolve, however - please unplug your TV from power for a few minutes. This will restart the TV software in a way that standby will not.
