Brand new Sonos Arc build quality issue

Hi all

Same issue here like described in the related topic below:

 

Any ideas how I can get an advanced replacement with a new (not refurbished) Sonos Arc? (My Sonos Arc was ordered the 10th October 2022 and was delivered yesterday the 14th)
