Help please we are setting up a beam gen 1 and I can’t connect it to our system( we have 4 other devices). It’s connected to Spotify it works with the tv just can’t join our system to link it. It’s currently plugged in with Ethernet cable. 

That’s odd. Did you perhaps set it up as a ‘new’ system, rather than opening your current system and using the ‘add a device’ process? If so, you could just do a factory reset on only the Beam, and then set it up again, using the ‘add a device’ process. 

However, if you did already use that process, I’d recommend that you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
