Just got a new Spectrum dual band 2.4/5 MHz combined router and my older Beam will no longer connect to WiFi. How can I reconnect?

A number of Spectrum routers appear on the Incompatible network hardware list.
The recommendation for them is to use Sonos in a wired setup.

The recommendation for them is to use Sonos in a wired setup.
Also, if you changed the SSID and password for your network, you’ll need to communicate that by connecting your Beam with an Ethernet cable temporarily. Once you’ve communicated the new information to the speaker(s), you can remove the cable.
