No logical reason for it to stop working as no changes to any other equipment. Beam will not connect to Sonos app or Spotify app on iphone. Stuck on searching for nearby products and can’t find it.
I have done the following with no success:
- did a factory reset - it found it briefly then it dropped off again
- rebooted WIFI router
- rebooted iphone
- uninstalled and reinstalled Sonos app on iphone.
Any other suggestions
