I’ve had a white blinking light on Sonos Beam for several days. I have followed reset (but no orange blink), I have connected to ethernet, no change. 

I worked through tech support for a while but after some time I was told the product is defective. It is only 2 years old and I’m just checking to see if anyone knows any other procedures that might save it. 

If there is no change in the color, you may be doing the reset wrong.
