Hi, all. i recently purchased a Beam Gen 2 to pair with my AppleTV 4k and Sony TV. While a show is playing or while I am listening to music, I get a loud pop noise and the TV turns off. Very annoying and problematic. Any suggestions?

Try redoing the TV Setup process:

Disconnect everything from the TV and unplug the TV and Beam from power for a couple of minutes. Plug them back in but keep them disconnected. Be sure Bravia Sync is enabled on the TV. Run TV Setup in the Sonos app and connect the Beam to the TV when the app instructs you to using the Sonos-supplied HDMI cable. When the Beam is successfully connected, connect the Apple TV to the TV.
