Hi there. Just bought a Beam gen 2. I want to add some more Sonos. A friend has 2 play 5 gen 1s I can have. Will they work together?

I should perhaps add that you could setup the play:5’s as a ‘separate’ Sonos system on the same local network using the Sonos S1 App and simply run them alongside the Beam gen2, but they are not compatible to work together in the same setup.
My Son/Daughter-in-law still uses a pair of Play 5 gen1’s at their Home, which they run alongside their S2 system and use either one System or the other, quite happily.
