Beam Gen 2 connection issues

Hi, I bought the Beam Gen2 shortly after it came out. Ever since it has periodically lost connection to my WiFi for no apparent reason. I can’t get the system to connect again now at all.

It’s not right that a premium product like this requires a factory reset every month or so. Has anyone else experienced this and do you have any hints or tips to make the system more stable?

Try unplugging the Beam from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router.

What model router do you have? Are you able to wire the Beam (or any other Sonos speaker that’s not a Sub or surround) directly to the router with an ethernet cable?
