My Beam 2 That’s running my living room audio is blinking a white light today.  I see other topics posted but since I’ve been on hold with Customer Support for over an hour I figured I’d post a topic while I wait.

 

Things I’ve tried:

  • Unplugging and re-plugging
  • Factory Reset
  • Plugging in an ethernet cable
  • Plugging in a different ethernet cable to a different network
  • Un-plugging and replugging all of the above for different durations 

 

Update:  Talked to support and it was labeled a “boot failure”.  I’ll have to return it and receive a new one.  Luckily it was still under warranty.

A white, flashing light that never moves onto anything else is generally indicative of a problem - I’m glad to hear that you are getting a replacement speaker!
