Beam connection issues

Hi, I am trying to connect my new Beam. The white light flashes for 30 seconds & then turns blank. The app initially finds it, I press ADD but then it can’t find it or connect. I have disconnected the power multiple times, reset the router, moved it to different locations but always the same result/error message. I have successfully added the other components- sub, S1’s & Move. 
Any help would be great!

Have you already tried to hardwire the Sonos Beam directly to the router and add it again?

Can you submit a diagnostic report from your Sonos system and reply back with your confirmation number?
