My beam will play music from my iPhone and it’s connected onto my system which is the same system as my Google TV. However, I cannot get it to play audio for the TV. The TV recognizes the beam because it switches automatically to it and when I disconnected the TV automatically switches back to TV audio. I have changed cables, and that did not help. Anyone have suggestions

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports about the situation. I recommend a phone call in the first instance to help speed the process.
