Suddenly I noticed a distorted crackling sound when watching TV and listening to music with deep bass.

I have tried factory reset and did a new Trueplay configuration.

The problem is still there. You think it is a problem with the bass speaker itself?

Any ideas? I guess my warranty has expired.

That doesn’t sound good, are you able to replicate the issue or is it intermittent? If you’re getting crackling with deep bass then you might be right with the woofer having a fault. I’d still recommend reaching out to our support team even if you aren’t in warranty, as they’ll be able to discuss what options you have or even troubleshoot the issue.
