Hi I have issues with my Beam ARC. When trying to connect it says ARC not connected when the cable is actually connected. Sometimes when I turn off tv and on again it connects but the tv keeps forgetting the ARC. Other times it says some other device is interfering but no other device is in. Trying to connect here but it’s saying ARC cable is not in
