Beam and sub not working

I have my Beam +Sub with a Samsung TV 

 

Beam works perfectly because it’s  connected via Arc To the TV. 
 

sub it’s connected with a solid white light status and the app says they are linked properly but there is not sound from sub. Sometimes the sound comes for few seconds and goes….

 

i already did everything recommended in this forum about deleting the sub and add it again…. Turn off and on…. Check for updates…. Reboot router…

 

 

im very disappointed with this  $700+ piece not working. 
 

do you have any extra suggestion?

Hi @Luisfo 

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

If the room you are referring to is Cuarto Papas, then you need to re-enable the WiFi card on the Beam so that the Sub can communicate directly with it over a dedicated 5GHz link, as intended.

Settings » System » Cuarto Papas » Beam » Enable WiFi.

If that doesn’t immediately help, please reboot the Sub.
