I just set up a brand new beam with my 2015 samsung TV through the arc port. It works great but each time I turn on my television the volume has reset to zero. How can I fix this?

Try each of these solutions:

Disable the Hardware Volume Control setting under App Preferences in the Sonos app.

Disable and then re-enable TV Autoplay under the Beam’s settings.

Reset the Volume Limit under the Beam’s settings.

Unfortunately this didn’t help.

Somehow after trying this again it worked. Thanks so much!
