audio cut out

I have a beam that’s hardwired with my Ethernet cable and connected via HDMI ARC. Also have an Amazon Fire Stick 4K. I still get intermittent cut outs. But ONLY with Disney+ and HBO Max. Haven’t noticed that happen on Hulu, ESPN, Paramount+, Netflix, YouTube. PlayStation 4 or Apple TV.

How do I fix this? Diagnostic # 693926820

You might try rebooting the Fire TV Stick, deleting and reinstalling those two apps, and adjusting your TV and Fire TV Stick audio settings.

Do you have anything else connected to the TV?

Just my PS4, Sonos Beam and Fire Stick

If you disconnect the PS4, do you still experience the audio cut outs?

Yup. But again. Only with HBO Max and Disney+. I even shut off the wifi it emits for remote play.
