Arc with 2 Era

I have an existing Sonos Arc connected to TV with Hdmi cable, it working, now both a pair of Sonos Era 100 , want to them as two rear speakers, they are not pairing up as one unique system

I have an existing Sonos Arc connected to TV with Hdmi cable, it working, now both a pair of Sonos Era 100 , want to them as two rear speakers, they are not pairing up as one unique system 

Are you using the correct process - ie ‘Add Surrounds’ (or Connect Surrounds) in the Arc settings to add the Eras? Also, make sure you haven’t stereo paired the Eras - you can’t add a stereo pair as surrounds, you’d need to unpair them first.

Are you adding them to your existing system and not setting up a new system for the Eras?
