My Arc volume while watching tv suddenly needs to be turned up a lot on my television in order to hear it. When I play music from it and the surround speakers it plays at normal volume. Any suggestions on how to fix the volume while watching the television

Try disconnecting the Arc from the TV and redoing the TV Setup process in the Sonos app.
