I am no doubt overthinking this. Was watching Final Level on Amazon Prime through both Apple TV app and internal TV app (Hisense U7K).

The sound was very poor but, having watched it through internal TV speakers too, it seems like a mix issue.

However, in trying to figure out what was wrong I moved close to the Arc and ran my ears along it. There is sound from the centre and from each end. To the right of the centre the bass section produces sound.

However, there is a dead spot of about 6 inches to the left of centre. Looking at the exploded diagram it seems that this is actually a dead spot (at least front facing) but can anyone confirm that no considerable sound comes from that section before I attempt resolution? 

It all still sounds fine, balanced etc, just wanted to confirm.

Do not worry, this is expected. As you say, that is a dead spot, but it wouldn’t be noticed unless you stand really close to the Sonos Arc Ultra and most likely in a very low volume.
