have seen other postings like this with no resolution. Unable to recover sound from arc at all now. turning off TV and trying to stream music fail. This is garbage,.

Did you contact Sonos about this?


Seems odd. I have Hulu, so I see a certain amount of their commercials, and I’ve never had sound cut off on my Arc. Nor do I recall posts about that issue here in the forums. I’d echo @106rallye ‘squestion, when this has happened to you, have you submitted a diagnostic from your system, and contacted Sonos support? If so, what did they say they saw in the data?
