I have an Arc SL soundbar connected to a Sony Bravia. No problem for about two years… now all of a sudden volume control from the RF TV remote will stop working. The indicator light on the TV flashes, but the volume slider on the screen does not appear and the volume stays the same.

The sound is still coming through, I can control the volume from the Sonos app and a restart on the TV will USUALLY correct the problem… for five to ten minutes and then it fails again. I replaced the HDMI cable with a brand new one at tech support’s suggestion… no fix.

Any suggestions?? Thanks.
