arc & one sl surround replaced by era 300 no crowd noise watching football

hi,

one sl surround gave me crowd noise on live sky/tnt football. using era 300 this seems to have gone ?.

netflix i get dolby atmos confirmed on s2 app & surround audio.

has the era 300 some how restricted surround audio as all i see on app is dolby digital  2.0.

hope this maks some sort of sense.

I’m getting crowd noise when watching football - FA cup qualifiers etc. it is perhaps more likely the audio source/sending device, or perhaps your TV settings, I suspect🤔. So perhaps check your device settings and ensure they are set correctly.

have rebooted tv & arc will double check tv as it seems to only show dolby digital 2.0. (stereo)

used to get 5.1 for surround

If you watch live football on the Sky/TNT UHD channels, they broadcast in Dolby Atmos
